Very friendly attentive staff. Great location. Welcoming lobby .
Some noise from the street. Would prefer a room facing the inner courtyard on a future stay.
Wonderful boutique hotel. Great location close to shopping, points of interest and transit. All the staff was very friendly, professional & helpful.

Very fun and attractive lobby. Cool color scheme and quite contemporary.
While my bathroom was small, I was traveling alone and it was perfect. Bed was very comfortable and all staff that passed me in halls greeted me- I felt very welcomed.

It has a definite style -- it doesn't look like every other hotel, and feels like a part of its city.
Rooms are a bit small.
I got a great deal on this hotel – comfortable room, nice amenities, the staff was very friendly (despite my paying a ludicrously low fee on Priceline), WiFi wasn't a hassle, and the location is really convenient. On top of these fundamentals, the place has style – great decor with a modern snap, daily wine tastings, and a garden. Basically, this hotel understands it is in a vibrant city and seems to view that as something to celebrate rather than work around. read more

Very modern appeal.
Old bathtub but good shower head!
I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others as a good deal close to Union Square. Very nice lobby, upscale and trendy. Comfortable beds and mostly remodeled bathrooms.
