Bed linen had a stain on it, handcloth had a visible stain on it.
I'd like the hotel to be cleaner. Stains on linens and the packaged soap in the bathroom had water stains on it. Soap looked old - like it'd been in there for eons. It was a turnoff.

Microwave, fridge in room plus wireless internet.
Room too small and breakfast not great.
Ok hotel for the price. Friendley helpful staff. Breakfast is not that great. Wireless internet was slow.

Always nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
The location and no shuttle to the new casino in town.
It was a nice place to stay for the price.

I only had to stay there for
one night.
Old, beat up and grungy.
It had worn out and holed carpeting, small bath towels that you could read through and use for sandpaper. One lamp didn't work, the TV controller was non functional and the bathroom looked like something that would make you wash your hands after you finished taking a shower in it.

Room was adequate, location to interstate was convenient and restaurant nearby.
Continental breakfast supplied had juice, toast, muffin, coffee, waffle, and that was it (skimpy).
Except for the breakfast supplied, it was ok.

Didn't enjoy my stay, hated the hotel room.
Woke up to bed bugs 3:00 in the morning.
This hotel and room that I stayed in had bed bugs. I woke with a sharp piercing pain in my leg and pull off my sheets and found a bug. There were more on the side and I couldn't go back to sleep. I wasted my money on this dump.

Close to family's house.
Mattress needs to be replaced.
Location of the hotel is great if you have business at exit 16. We where in a non smoking room and it reeked of cigarette smoke. Our mattress on the bed needed to be replaced badly.

Location was convenient.
Dirty rugs, stained curtains, holes in blanket, stained towels, etc.
Only stay here if you are desperate. It is dirty and shows a lot of deferred maintenance. The only good thing is the location and most of the hotels in Gallup are located along the same strip. No way this hotel deserves more than one star.

Nothing, it should be a 1 star rating.
Very old and uncomfortable furnishings, no elevator to reach 2nd floor, room smelled like animal urine.
This hotel is very old and outdated. There was rust stains in the bathroom and the lobby and room smelled like animal urine. They allow pets, which could explain the odor. They are supposed to have wireless internet connections in all rooms, but they do not. I was told that my room was too far from the lobby so I couldn't get a signal from the wireless router. This hotel is at very best a 1 star rating. read more
