Location.
Advertised as having a pool was closed, very disappointing. We were looking forward to a pool.

Seemed dirty. Wondered if the sheets were clean. Pillows smelled bad. Over all it was grungy and dingy. Because we wanted a pool we felt that we were given wrong information by you and hotel, pool not open.

Disinterested attitude and when it came to answering questions.

Dated facility but in a great location. Appears as though it was a 1960's building that needs a bit of updating.
