The desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
I would have preferred a hotel with airport shuttle service.
Very clean, light and airy lobby and room.

Clean, free parking, straightforward, convenient location, free internet/cable/continental breakfast.
Sketchy location, but still nice dining in area and convenient drive to downtown.
I would stay here again. It pretty much has everything you need if you are here for anything other than pleasure. It's not a place to come for a holiday or vacation and the location isn't exactly family-friendly. However, it's clean, has a desk, internet, free continental breakfast, good climate control, the entire building looks like it was recently upgraded. The location is convenient as is the parking (garaged but without gate). It deserves high ratings when you consider what the place was built for. read more

The hotel is really clean, silent and has free internet.
The breakfest can be better.
The hotel is new, clean, quite silent, and the beds are great. The internet is free and the price is good. The neighborhood is secure and in three blocks you are in the San Bruno Station and can take the Caltrain to San Francisco.Very good choice!!

The hotel was very pleasant and the inside of the hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was helpful and would stay again in a heartbeat!
Not that many parking spaces, too close together.
The staff was helpful kind and greeted at the once u enter. The elevator was updated and have beautiful lighting. The walk to the room was even a surprise to me! it was open to see the 3rd floor (loved the touch) and had a lot of room for others to enjoy the Free Breakfast! and had seats and a lot of wonderful plants in the center. The room it self was nice, big and had everything a simple person needs. Cable
TV that worked! And had HBO that was clear and u can see the image, the color of the
TV was clear and nice as well. bed big n comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat! read more

Large room.
Terrible beds, dirty windows, staff asked 3 times if we smoked and still took a $50.00 deposit even when we said no!
Rooms were large and clean for the most part. The windows were dirty, the bathroom had a funny smell and the door of the closet was broken, hanging by one hinge. They wanted a $50.00 deposit for smoking, even when told we did not smoke. But, even with all this, I probably would stay here again if it were not for the fact that the cleaning service came into our room even though we hung the Do Not Disturb sign up. I do not like people in my room, moving my items around and leaving my toothbrush brush-side down on the counter! read more
