The atrium was nice. The hotel was conveniently located to area attractions. The bus to downtown was very helpful.
The self parking was not convenient at all. The baggage unloading and loading for people that wanted to self park was not convenient.
I parked in front of the hotel to check-in when I came out the lady with the valet parking was nice, but told me that I was not allowed to be in this area, It was for valet parking guests. There should be signs to let people know where to park to register and unload or someone to tell them. The hotel personnel were helpful and friendly. The atmosphere at the hotel was great. The room was okay and clean. It was a good trip for our anniversary. read more

Like staying in a tropical island!
Big, very hard to find your way around. $15 a day incidental charge.
Probably the nicest hotel we've stayed or visited. Shops closed early. Shuttle to Grand Ole Opry was frustrating as the lines were long and not enough shuttles to handle the crowd at show time.

What's not to like? The beds were so comfortable and the interior areas of the resort were beautifully landscaped.
Highly recommend, this hotel for anyone coming to Nashville for the Grand Ole Opry or Opry Mills.

The grounds and all facilities inside were very well maintained and the plants & shrubs are beautiful.
Much too costly for what you get.
With respect to the overall cost of the room and the extra fees charged per day; the room was small, noisy and very limited with respect to amenities. The overall facility was very nice but this fact simply didn't justify the overall cost. Also, upon check-out we were billed for the entire room cost despite our cautioning the hotel clerk that we felt certain the room was already paid. Bottom line, we were double billed and now we must deal with this problem. On the bright side, housekeeping and the wait staff were very nice and friendly. read more

The beautiful gardens and small town feeling inside the dome.
The room was average compared to the cost.
The hotel is located in a dome like a small town enclosed in a controlled environment. The gardens were beautiful; with palm trees and waterfalls. However for the cost of the room I expected more; it was average about what you would find in a 2.5 or 3 star hotel. The hotel also charges nearly $30.00 a day for valet parking, and an additional $15.00 a day for; 2 bottles of water in your room daily, the newspaper, internet service and local phone usage. However the fee is not optional my suggestion is to include these 'extra expenses' (since the are not optional) in price of the room and then the guest would not feel like they are being nickeled and dimmed. read more

The cleanliness of this large of a facility was amazing!
Nothing we didn't like.
If you only stayed in this hotel during your trip, you could make a vacation out of it with all there is to do.

Beautiful! We felt spoiled. There was shopping and activities in walking distance.
Nothing we didn't like.
In Nashville, why would you stay anywhere else? It's easy to find, luxurious rooms, gorgeous atrium and gardens, shopping and shows nearby with free shuttle. Loved every second of it! Rooms were spacious and lovely. Restaurants gave us choices and were very good.
