Foliage filled atrium, fun pool for family/kids, and the alligator feeding.
Restaurants were extremely over priced and the charges for parking.
Relaxing location. Hotel is a destination in itself with huge atrium including fish and alligators, great service, excellent pool area with slides and water features for kids.

This hotel was AMAZING and the biosphere dome was fantastic.

Location was great. Lots of things to do at the resort itself.
Surprised by the $30 extra fees for resort fee and parking.
Was excited to get a great bid price for this resort. Nice rooms, although not as comfy as I expected. Beds seems a little hard for my comfort. Thermostat wouldn't go less than 68, it was 92 outside. We like to sleep about 65 degrees but wouldn't go less. Wasn't going to call about resetting since it was already after midnight when we got into the room for the night. Loved the facility itself. Not many prettier resorts in the US. I expected a resort fee, saw there was a $15 daily fee that turned in to a $16.95 fee. But was really surprised about the $13+ a day parking fee. Some my great bid price plus the resort's fees pushed me past my budget for the night. Very nice place but I won't do it again. read more

Clean and neat and good location.
Front desk guy was snippy and it's bs to pay to park when not valet.
It's our third stay there. Good for conventions but not our favorite in the area. Would rather stay at The Omni or The Grand Cypress.
