The region*s premiere historic hotel--elegant, yet informal, warm and inviting. Built during the 1889 Gold Rush,the Geiser was known as the finest hotel between Salt Lake and Seattle. Our goal is to earn that reputation anew by offering every guest the finest in hospitality. A recent complete restoration provides all the luxury and amenities of a first class modern full service hotel. Thirty spacious giuestrooms and suites were created from seventy original rooms. Overbooked our room, had upgraded, very clean.
Morning & restaurant service very slow.

Old hotel that has been remodeled, very elegant room with king bed and sitting area.

I am glad Baker City chose to keep the building and restore it.

I would recommend this hotel for a couple that would like to have a quiet romantic weekend. It is also centrally located on Main Street and there are some wonderful shops to stroll through.
