The location and the staff were good.
The total bill was about $150 and i expected more for that - I should have just stayed at a Hilton or something.

The hotel was very nice. The quality was good.
The pool water was highly chlorinated, burned my son's eyes. Rooms not soundproof.
Rooms were nice. Beds comfy. The pool and the pool tables were fun for all. Club room can be enjoyed by all ages.

Convenient to downtown Atlanta. It had great staff.
Did not like the Fastpass WiFi system and the parking assessment type.

This area of Atlanta was very clean and safe.
The lady who worked at the front desk was very unfriendly.
Hotel is very nice, clean, and in a safe area of town. The front desk lady was very hateful. When we told her that we needed double beds, she told us that we had made reservations for a king bed, which is totally untrue.

Easy access to Georgia Tech.
Parking is expensive and customer service does not exist.
Not a good stay. Hotel room was not set up. No towels, soap, or shampoo. Customer service does not exist at this hotel. Called and no one ever came to bring us towels. Coffee was there in the room but no cups. I was put on hold for 20 minutes for room service that never picked up. No coffee in the restaurant two days in a row. Restaurant was closed during the dinner hours. We were told to sit in the bar area and that we would be waited on there for 45 minutes. We got up and left. Next morning the same thing. No coffee cups in room and no coffee downstairs in the restaurant. Pizza delivery guy pounded on our door at 2 am. Really it could have been anyone. No security that is paying attention. All in all this is no place for anyone to stay until they work out all the problems. Staff is rude, workers and servers do not care about customers, and they charge for everything from parking to a mini fridge in your room. Rooms have paper thin walls and you can hear the TV in the rooms next to you, as well as conversations people are having in their rooms and in the hallways. Not a pleasant stay and not worth the money! read more
