Excellent breakfast.
Room faced the street. The windows had to be open because of heat. Traffic noise. Some staff rude.
Breakfast was free and amazing. There was a huge selection, having a free breakfast with such a variety made up for other areas that were lacking. I would stay there again because of the breakfast. Location to city center was ok. Rooms had small refrigerator and had free beer and water for guests. Rooms facing street were noisy, windows needed to remain open because of heat. Room was hot, no air conditioning. read more

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly staff and the location.
I could not imagine staying at this hotel in the summer. It has no air conditioning and if you leave the windows open it is extremely noisy outside.
This hotel met my expectations. We had a very comfortable stay. The buffet breakfest was beyond our expectations and it was within walking distance to the Marienplatz. The television is only in German which was fine because we did not stay in teh room much. The only drawback was that it got a little warm in the room and when we called to ask about air conditioning they said they were sorry but the hotel had no air conditioning. I would recommend this hotel at any other time but summer as it would be stifling hot in the room even with the window open. The staff was lovely. read more

We arrived early and they let us change and get ready for a business meeting in a conference room.
The room was stuffy at night, on the ground floor we didn't want to crack a window for more air.
Location! While not in the center of Munich, it was very close (three blocks)to an underground stop and it was possible to drive to the hotel quickly. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was included in the price and was ample, even for my big American apetite. Around the hotel, we found a fantastic french restaurant and each morning went for a run along the river and into central Munich to watch the city wake up. Our room was small, but it was clean and the price can't be beaten in the area we tried! read more

Good location.
Nothing.
Within two blocks of the S Bahn and just two stops to Marienplatz. Very nice hotel rooms, comfortable and in a quiet area. Breakfast is free and nicely done buffet. Staff are helpful and nice.

Breakfast was excellent, nice shower and nice linens.
Lobby smelled a bit of smoke.
Easy location to Marin platz. Safe, close to a convenience store good food friendly staff. Would stay there again. I really liked the linens used on the bed which was comfortable.

Breakfast, comfy room
The hotel is cozy, with heated floors and soft beds. There is a
huge free breakfast which really exceeded my expectations. And even though it is a few minute walk to the underground, the stop is quite central and convenient. I think this hotel is a great deal and I would definitely stay there again.

good breakfast included
small, mediocre room
Off the beaten path with a staff that seemingly was unable to provide much basic information (such as how much the subway costs to the airport). Not a three star hotel.
