It was quiet, clean, secure, close to the subway and had a great breakfast.
The shower needed a door (not a curtain); it did not have air conditioning; double occupancy shared a bed.

Overall, the service was great. The staff working there spoke English and were able to provide us with maps and traveling/restaurant advice. When my friend forgot her camera, they were able to get it into a cab and off to the airport for us before our flight out of Germany!
