Great location.

While the construction is not great looking in front, the location is superb and far outweighs the construction. Would stay there again.

Hotel is clean and in a good location. Staff is helpful and friendly.
My room key would not open my door; staff had to open the door every time we returned.

This is a very nice hotel. Exceptional location and cleanliness. The rooms are clean, quiet and nicely decorated. It is everything I expected and I was pleased with this choice. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Great location right next to Dom.
Rooms were smaller than expected.

The location and atmosphere of the hotel is great. The hotel is less than 2 minutes walk from the Dom and shopping district. While the rooms were smaller than expected, they were extremely comfortable with nice amenities. The staff was excellent and able to answer all of our questions about the area. The in-room breakfast service was expensive, but well worth the money. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends! read more

Outstanding location, right next to the Dom Cathedral, wonderful staff.
Room is small but very stylish and modern.

We were very lucky to have stayed at the Mondial Am Dom Sofitel - it has the BEST location in all of Cologne (Koln)! You can see the Dom Cathedral (the massive gothic church which is the landmark of Cologne) can be seen from 1/2 the rooms in this 4 story hotel. Underground/covered garage parking for our rented Mercedes. The staff, especially the Chief Concierge Issath Handoon, were really helpful in terms of arranging our tourism needs and restaurant suggestions. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and would definitely stay here again if we are back in Cologne. read more
