It had old world charm. Room was attractively decorated, clean, and quiet. Food was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kaiserhof in Eisenach. The room was attractive, clean, and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and nice presentation. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke equally well in English as German. Availability of free internet access was also helpful for our stay.
