Excellent modern decor with direct access to the main canal.
Nothing- everything exceeded expectations.

Extremely helpful staff who helped us with all aspects of our trip. The hotel had a modern appearance and the rooms were top-notch. The back of the hotel opens right onto the main canal where there are shops and restaurants - couldn't have been better. Bed and shower were both excellent.

The hotel was beautiful and the service top notch. I felt welcome and at home while here.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel - it exceeded my expectations on all accounts. The room was nice, the hotel was beautifully designed and the attention from the staff was the best I've received in a long time. It made me re-think my attitude about this chain and I'll definitely stay here again.
