No free internet for those without a computer

The hotel was very nice, clean, and in a close location to the train. Good for travelling and also had a good restaurant.

We most particularly liked the location of this hotel, being close to the downtown area and the Central train station.
Having stayed at Marriott's quite a lot, we found that this hotel wasn't as modern as we expected.

This is a pretty standard Marriott product, however, we did expect that it would be a little more modernized. The room was certainly adequate and was fairly clean. There was an excellent workout facility and that was extremely appreciated.

Not very helpful staff.

This hotel is geared toward business travel. The staff was pleasant enough but seemed too busy to give more than just bare minimum tourist information.

Internet access at £16.

Friendly and welcoming staff from when you walk through the door this hotel is efficient and business like. The rooms are clean and comfortable, if a little compact. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the real city center but there are always taxis available in front for those that don't want the exercise. I would definitely chose to stay here again when I am next in Glasgow.

Clean and comfortable.
Rooms need updating.

The hotel is basically clean and comfortable, but the rooms are perhaps beginning to show signs of age and some updating is required. Staff was efficient and friendly, location is good for public transport.
