Clean and comfortable.
Rooms need updating.

The hotel is basically clean and comfortable, but the rooms are perhaps beginning to show signs of age and some updating is required. Staff was efficient and friendly, location is good for public transport.

The dust, as they were remodeling.

This hotel was more out of the way than any we stayed in in our 14 days in the UK, but the staff more then made up for the inconvenience. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and hope to return to Glasgow.

Dining room under renovation.

Great hotel, very hard to find the drive in entrance due to construction next door. It looked like a no-entrance driveway. Otherwise good location, comfortable room, but breakfast is a bit overpriced.

Great comfy bed, nice lobby bar and helpful concierge.

The front desk staff was very welcoming upon our arrival. We had a nice room with a nice view. The concierge was quick to help with directions to a local restaurant and record store. The hotel is located not too far from Central Station, so convenient for train travelers.

Very clean, large rooms with 2 queen beds, non-smoking, staff was great.
Location was hard to find at first.

This was a fantastic hotel with a very thoughtful and a helpful concierge. The hotel was clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.
Wi-Fi should be free.

No matter how late I slept in my room was cleaned everyday. This is the best hotel I have stayed at in some time.
