The breakfast buffet.
Smokiness in lobby, very average.
Good location if you don't mind to shuttle a bit, too far to walk. Very average in rooms, bed, etc. Loud air conditioning. Will be good to get a TGIF Fridays in house.

The Staff was friendly.
The room was small, dark, and the window looked at a wall.
It was a place to sleep.

The selection at the buffet restaurant was excellent.
Unfortunately, people are still allowed to smoke in Las Vegas hotels.
When you're in Vegas, all hotels are pretty much the same room wise (okay, there may be a few exceptions), so why pay premium prices for similar hotel rooms on the strip? You can park your car in virtually any hotel's car park so why not book the Gold Coast and drive the short distance to the strip and park somewhere else during the day. Even if you're going to drink, you can always leave the car and either walk the 20 minutes back to the Gold Coast or you can catch a cab for a few bucks. Either way, you'll still save a significant amount of spending money. read more

I requested extra pillows & 10 minutes later I got them!
Room service got our order wrong 2 times.
Hotel is well worth every penny you spend! Not too big, but not too small. Easy to find restaurants inside of hotel. I'd stay there anytime rather then a big hotel like Luxor.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly.
No exhaust fan in bathroom.
The ice cream/sherbet was not good at all. I was not pleased. I did not like the idea that when we were taken up town we were dropped off at Bally, I was under the understanding that we would have free shuttle to and from the strip not just to one spot. We did not get any direction to any hot spots or good places to visit or eat at. I was not pleased at all.

Good bargain, clean and family oriented, good buffet too.
I wish the property had a better pool and recreation area.
I liked the property and if offered, I would go back there again. Very pleasant two day stay.

The reservations desk was very friendly about switching our room to a room with two beds instead of one.
I was placed in a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room as requested.
The staff were very nice at the Hotel however even though I requested a non-smoking room, I was placed in a smokers room to which was very uncomfortable because our clothing had the odor of smoke.
