Old, things didn't work. Staff not very friendly.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. The staff was not terribly friendly upon arrival. We reserved 2 rooms. In one neither the A/C nor the cold water faucet in the bathroom worked. We called about the A/C, and someone did come right away to fix it. However it stopped working again about 30 seconds after they left. We called again and waited and waited. In the meantime, kids fell asleep. No one ever showed up to fix it. Finally we quit waiting, but didn't want to request a room change since the kids were already asleep. Great location, clean, great staff, good food at restaurant.
Well, they allow smoking in the casino which is the location of the lobby. I hated that my 7 month old had to breathe the smoke.

Clean rooms with cowboy theme, very nice! The location is right near downtown and next to a supermarket. The price was very nice, and the staff were super friendly. The lobby/casino was actually very classy and pretty. This was our second stay, and when we go back, we'll stay here again!

It was clean.

Although the bed was small (I swear it was a double) for the two of us this is a very nice place. The staff was nice and friendly compared to other hotels near by that we have stayed at.
