The staff was great and very nice. Loved the location and great to our destination.
Pool was cold, no AC in room, breakfast area was small, hard bagels, bathroom tiny and cups for coffee were not sturdy.

Very close to Glendale shopping, restaurants, Burbank, etc.
A little worn, jacuzzi not working.

Okay for the money, clean, very good location, close to I-5, adjacent to Burbank, wonderful open air market, nice shops and restaurants.

Room was above average, convenient location.
Front desk clerk needs training in customer relations.

Management should train front desk clerk to emphasize more on total customer care. I was asking for zip code from front desk clerk and he proudly told me it was only his part time job. Arrogant and immature. Not very accommodating at all.

dirty, dingy, old, rundown Dirty, dingy, old, rundown.

Old rundown not well kept. This is a motel not a hotel Staff was friendly enough but did not make up for everything else. Neighborhood ok but not great. Beds hard. room dusty and bedspreads smelly and dirty. Bathroom not clean. We left without using bathroom for showers. Bought wipes to clean sink.
