I loved the attention to detail for a budget hotel: books in the room, iPod docking, extra pillows. Loved it all.
The location is its only downfall, but I never felt unsafe. Noisy street outside but earplugs were provided!
I absolutely adore the Good Hotel! It's a charming budget alternative with lots of attention to detail and comforts, like books in the room to read, an iPod docking station, extra pillows, brochures of the area. The staff are super friendly ad helpful, and everything is cheerfully updated and pleasant and clean. The onsite restaurant is great (wish it were open even more hours) and the earplugs provided for the busy outside street scene at night did the job. Not for sissies as far as location, but I felt very safe at all times. read more

Fun idea, loved the green aspect and the glow in the dark Goodnight above my head. Nice touch.
Wasn't in the safest of locations.
A little seedy. But not too bad!
Fun vibe, this hotel had helpful young staff, needed swipe card to get into the building, so the fact that it was in a slightly seedy area was not a problem. Great facilities, including the sink above the toilet. Loved the ways this hotel has gone green.

Nothing to say about it.
The wait and location.
Had to wait for an hour for room to be ready due to lack of staff.

Basic necessities, excellent price for the city.
Location is not the best area, but it is close to Market street. On site parking was limited.
It's the city, so you expect noise, to pay for parking and some percentage of homeless wandering the streets. Overall, this hotel was in a convenient location and had all the basic necessities, but stays green by not having a lot of frills. If you're just planning to spend the night sleeping in the bed, watching the
TV or taking care of basic hygiene, this is very well suited. There was some noise from other guests echoing in a center court roof area, but not intolerable or extended. Price was excellent for the city! read more
