Location, clean.
Awful check-in procedures, very unorganized & took forever!

We've stayed at the Gran Melia and have always liked it. It is not as new as many others, but still is a clean resort. We did not like it that they now have areas blocked off in the resort for various paying customers. This tactic turned us off and because of that along with the extremely slow check-in process, I doubt if we will ever go back unfortunately.
