The decorations were nice and the sofa in the bedroom was great add. Valet was excellent and courteous.
No receipt was available with room service.

The hotel is very clean and safe. The pool is nice from the roof and the courtesy robes and music made it very romantic.

Great location, Nice restaurant in lobby.
Only valet parking for $20.

Good service great hotel. Need to work on parking situation, and elevators need to work without room key.

No public parking. $20 per night is a bit much.

The Grand Bahamian was very nice, comfortable and a sense of elegance. The staffs were very friendly. I would love to stay at this hotel when I visit Orlando.

Spacious rooms.
Gave us a room designed for handicap patrons.

Upon entering the room, I noticed a few problems immediately. Both phones were damaged and the bathroom was for disabled patrons. When trying to take a shower, no water came out. Called front desk and they sent maintenance men. They were confused as I was as to why I received a room designed for the disabled. They quickly gave me a new room after my discontent.
