Hotel is within walking distance to 16th Street pedestrian shopping area.
I am not a huge fan of high rise hotels.
The Grand Hyatt Denver is a very upscale hotel convenient to downtown Denver. The personnel very friendly and accommodating.

Downtown location and work out room was very nice.
No free internet, costly parking and AC in room didn't work.
Overall, this hotel had a great location and nice lobby and work out room. The hotel was located in the downtown area, but was quiet.

Rude front desk employee, very outdated, pool, spa and small lobby.
Disappointed that this hotel appeared a bit run down. Pool and spa area had not been updated in 20+ years. Lobby was very small. The front desk staff was rude. The concierge was fantastic, and went above and beyond.
