Description of Grand Hyatt Denver
Located in the heart of the downtown Denver business and entertainment district. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and movies. All rooms were renovated in April 2004 and include pillowtop mattresses and massaging showerheads. There is a rooftop mini-resort with indoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, tennis and jogging track, and fully equipped athletic club with cardio-theater. read more

"Fabulous service" is one of the draws at this "beautiful hotel" in a "convenient" Downtown location that "lives up to its name", exhibiting "excellent decor" ("especially in the lobby bar area"), nightly live piano music in the lounge, "wonderful mountain views" from "lovely rooms" outfitted with "comfy beds" and a "must-see rooftop bar"; it's a "great value", even if some foodies find the "expensive" food "mediocre, at best"; N.B. room renovations were recently completed.

Beautiful view!
I liked it all.

The room was spacious and clean. I normally do not enjoy hotel beds, but this bed was very comfortable and the sheets smelled clean, not like bleach. We ordered room service and the food was excellent. A little skimpy on portions, but brilliant presentation!

Location to 16th street mall.

Everything was easy about the hotel. Check in and out was fast and friendly. Hotel room was really clean. Lots of restaurants around the hotel on 16th street mall. Valet parking is pretty steep, and there are several parking garages within a block that are cheaper, as well as free meter parking on Sundays and holidays.

Gorgeous facility. Friendly staff. The rooms are huge and beds are comfortable.
The breakfast buffet food was average and the service was slow.

This is my second time at this hotel and look forward to staying here every time we visit Denver. You can't go wrong. The only thing I wish they had was a free business center for guests. You have to go to the Kinkos across the way.

The rooms were really quiet and comfortable.
Parking is $28 per day.

This is a very elegant hotel with a great fitness center and room amenities. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The staff were very, very friendly and always accomodating!
Very, very disappointed that they didn't have free WiFi and that the hot tub was locked at 11 when we checked in.

Very clean with a nice location, amenities, and staff. For the price I was disappointed that there wasn't free WiFi.
