The lobby's decor was clean and artistic.
Room had a bright bed, not comfortable.
The room is not at all impressive, the beds are hard and uncomfortable, there were only the basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. the TV was badly located to the right of the bed. The room was ordinary for a four star hotel. The staff was slow to check out and the TV checkout service did not work. Staff was friendly and the hotel's lobby is very nice and modern. Due to the room layout, the handicapped room placement should be moved.
This stay was for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We had 5 rooms. The staff was outstanding, as well as the rooms. We had drinks in the bar and a dinner in the restaurant. The quality in both was wonderful and the staff were very attentive. I recommend it highly.

It was close to the RiverWalk and within walking distance of attractions.
When entering the parking garage, you had to take a ticket even though it was unlimited in and out.
The hotel was convenient to attractions and the staff was very helpful.

No spa.
It is in a great location, easy access to downtown San Antonio. Very nice rooms with a great view. Good service. Prices are exorbitant for facilities offered. No view of riverwalk. Other than additional prices, we loved our stay at this hotel. The pool is wonderful. It is outside on the 5th floor and a very relaxing atmosphere.

carpet in our hallway (20th floor) looked old and dirty
Overall, it is a nice hotel. The location is great, being right on the riverwalk, so we couldn't beat the price anywhere. Our room was a nice size, clean, great tv, but i totally don't care for the decor, which was some sort of retro 70s stuff. i would rate the lobby and the staff as 4-5 star, our room as 3.5 star. An excellent value for the money, I just was expecting a slightly more luxurious room for a 4 star rating. read more

It was in a great location. The room was comfortable and clean.
The temperature was not right. It was too humid.
I would stay in this hotel again. It was modern, clean, well lit and maintained, as well as comfortable.
