I liked it all, need robes in the closet.

I enjoyed my stay good location to all downtown and very clean and friendly, good room service, prompt.

Needed a makeup mirror in bathroom.

Experienced such a extreme wind and rain storm, the stay in S.F was somewhat disturbing. the hotel was fine.

Highly professional staff, clean & tasteful facility, and was extremely convenient.
Valet parking cost $55. Would have self-parked had I known.

The facility is lovely and the staff very pleasant. For touring the city, it was convenient to public transportation. Will definitely not rent a car next time - parking very expensive. Our 22nd floor room had a nice view.

Hotel was clean, nice, great location in Union Square, had 2 very helpful and friendly concierge employees and check in was less than 2 minutes.

This was a great hotel and I would stay here again if I was to get the great priceline rate again. I couldn't afford the full rates!.
