Perfect location for shopping Union Square and sightseeing.
Stayed here numerous times, always surprised its a 4 stars. 3.5 stars tops.
Perfect location for shopping and sightseeing. Clean, friendly staff, parking across the street 1/2 the price of valet. I've stayed at the Grand Hyatt at least a half dozen times, and am always surprised its a 4 stars hotel. The rooms are clean, roomy and totally adequate, but not 4 stars.

Great hotel, warm inviting staff - everyone was so pleasant! I do wish that there were 2 queen beds, two doubles! But A plus!

Good location.
I would not define this as a luxury hotel.
This is a solid business hotel, and while I can't complain about the price, I would not classify it as a luxury hotel.

Cocktail lounge, on 36th floor, shopworn furnishings.
Very nice, exceeded expectations. Would have loved to have been on a higher floor with a view.

The hotel staff was excellent!
The planter in the elevator lobby is ugly.
It's location is in the Heart of San Francisco. The rooms are nice. What makes this hotel is the staff, the hotel may not quite be a 4 star hotel, the staff is a five.

The bar on the 36 floor has breathtaking views.
Parking parking parking!
Hotel was clean, great location, and very helpful staff. Just be prepared to pay for parking downtown!

Rooms were nice and very private and extremely clean.
They did not have a flat screen TV in my room.
However, I found the hotel extremely nice and the staff particularly friendly. The room was really nice and the hot water was in working order.
