Perfect location on Union Square, walk to theatre, restaurants, shopping.
Furniture was a little worn, housekeeping did not respond to a request.
The lobby staff was extremely attentive, you can self park at their garage for 32 with in/out privileges which is better than most. Some rooms are smaller than others, and one side overlooks Union Square. The view at the top bar is fabulous, suburb Creme Brulee.

Location and overall tone of the staff.
Cocktail lounge, on 36th floor, shopworn furnishings.
Very nice, exceeded expectations. Would have loved to have been on a higher floor with a view.

Very nice people.
Needed a makeup mirror in bathroom.
Experienced such a extreme wind and rain storm, the stay in S.F was somewhat disturbing. the hotel was fine.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location.
The bathroom was a bit dated, but clean and ok.
The hotel is in the heart of the Union Square area and very convenient for shopping, theater and Metro. the staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, stylish and comfortable.
