"So close to the airport you think you're on the runway", this huge high-rise is a "good venue for business travelers", and depending on whom you ask, it's either in a "nice location on the bay" or "in the middle of nowhere"; regardless, surveyors applaud the "terrific" service, the free-form pool and the "fabulous sunsets" from Armani's and Oystercatchers (which has "wonderful seafood"); P.S. rooms seem "a bit dated" to some, but renovations are planned for '09.

Great view - boardwalk by water.
Charge for internet - no breakfast included.

Hyatts are nice, but full of nickel and dime charges. $10 for internet - $16 for valet parking - $17 for breakfast. Internet, at the very least, should be free.

Beautiful, clean room and breathtaking views of the bay.

Excellent! I will return for a longer stay again. We saw a wedding take place on the grounds at sunset and it was beautiful!

Convenience to attractions, beautiful lobby and dining areas.
Took them way too long to clean room.

This is a beautiful hotel in close proximity to everything in Tampa. My son stayed in another room and thought the beds were a little small for such a fancy hotel.

Very comfortable.
The air conditioner in our room didn't keep us cool at all.

The hotel staff greeted us at the door immediately, and every staffer we came in contact with was very nice and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean, but noisy, doors close loudly and you can hear every conversation taking place outside your room. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and the grounds are beautiful. The pool area was very nice, and comfortable sitting areas outdoors. Our air conditioner in our room did not keep us cool at all and we kept waking up because the room was so warm and we had the AC set at like 65. read more

Great size of room, and clean.
Smaller double beds, the parking garage.

Hotel is nicely decorated- clean- with a nice sized room. The two double beds were a bit small- and not the most comfortable. We had to park on the second level of the parking garage- and then walk to the entrance of the hotel. Not the best late at night with luggage. when we called for directions to the hotel, the employee was very nice and professional. The view from our room was pretty. read more
