The location was outstanding for local attractions. It was also very clean and the staff was friendly!
It took the valet a little longer than expected to get our car.

We loved the indoor ambiance. There was a pool surrounding the dining tables at the restaurant. Great price for the rating of the hotel.

Had to pay extra for gym and pool.

This hotel was priced great for our weekend trip. All the amenities of a Hyatt were observed, except for the extra price for use of the gym.

Very close to the national mall and tourist attractions.

We arrived early at 11am after driving all night and with a little baby. They were extremely nice and got us all checked into a double queen room hours before check in. We stayed two nights and were able to walk everywhere.

The rooms were fine; the concierge was helpful, location was good.
Only the pool was free; if I wanted to take a sauna after a swim, I would have to pay money.

This is a large, nice hotel with impressive architecture and large, comfortable beds. The only complaint is that the restaurant meal was not good. The Starbucks in the lobby was convenient.

Very clean, very professional staff and very nice staff, access to Metro, convenient Salon in adjacent bldg, great location.
No windows to outside, no bathroom on lobby level, shops not interesting.

I enjoyed the stay with my friend. The hotel is clean and the staff is very professional and nice which is a plus. The rooms were very nice as well as the price and location, in the heart of Washington DC which is great! Clean hotel, another plus!
