The selection and service at the facility restaurants was very good.
The first room was dingy. The desk staff was incompetent and apathetic.

There was a broad range of restaurants and convenient bars and snack bars. The staff outside the main desk was very good. The desk staff was incompetent and did not care about the customers. The beach and pool areas were very nice. I would not return to this resort.

The grounds were beautiful. All restaurant staff gave exceptional service.
The food was quite marginal. Hotel rooms didn't share the same rating as the grounds.

Grounds were gorgeous as was the beach the hotel was located on. The food was very average, we wouldn't choose an all inclusive next time. The staff in the restaurants and bars was fantastic and very personable. The most unattractive thing were the sales people all over the lobby with Oasis nametags that try to sell you on going to time share breakfasts repeatedly. All in all, a nice hotel although a bit on the steep side. I would not consider this a 4 or 5 star hotel, probably a 3.5. read more
