We are located only 4 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids and close to many other area attractions such as shopping golf courses movies museums and more. Our award winning top floor recreation center is a huge hit with the families. We are group friendly and offer discounted rates for 5 or more rooms. We also know that pets are part of the family so bring them along. We are pet friendly. Here is an update of what we have done recently and what we are currently doing to make your stay even more enjoyable. We have replaced our mattresses and linens for added comfort We have replaced some wallpaper in rooms and are continuously doing more More refrigerators and microwaves for rent We have at our property - Connecting Rooms, Elevators and Heat Pool. read more

Location to the interstate.
The hotel room was full of hair. The tub did not drain. Locked out after midnight for 20 minuets.

This hotel was horrible. After discovering a room full of hair and the tub was backed up I called to the front desk. I advised the employee of the issues with the room and asked for a different room. I was advised that maintenance would be up shortly and that she would call back after checking with housekeeping for a different room. She never called back. It was around 2:00pm and I had to hurry to a wedding at 5:00pm. After returning from the wedding at 12:30am the hotel entrance was locked. I had to stand outside and buzz to gain entrance but the staff was not in the lobby. After 20 min of standing outside and buzzing in an employee came to the door. I mediately asked her why she wasn't at the front desk and she advised me she was closing the pool. I advised the employee that the pool closed at 11:00pm and she advised me she was running late. I did not appreciate having to wait in an unfamiliar area outside. read more

Food on the floor in room, cigarette burn in bedspread of non smoking room. Old furniture, shower hard to work and would not take a bath in!

Very unacceptable. Totally needs a makeover.

Walls, trim, needed to be washed or painted.

The hotel was near a major expressway.
Old rooms, dirty bathroom, needs upgrades.

I would not rate this room as a moderate. No wireless internet, dirty room and bathroom, needs remodeling and upgrades.

In the middle of construction.

We stayed here because of an early morning flight in the area. It met our needs adequately.

The inside pool area, it is great for kids.
The bathrooms need some work. They didn't look clean to me.

My son and I had a great time. It is really comfortable.

The front desk was friendly and effiecient.
Dirty, moldy, bad ventilation.

I would not stay there again unless measures were taken to erradicate the mold buildup on the exterior walls and bathroom.
