Beach front location, good restaurant and bar.
Check-in took too long as reservation had not been processed.

My wife and I stayed two nights. After a check-in which was a bit slow, we had no complaints at all. Covered parking was convenient to our room and free. The restaurant/bar served good food and was not expensive. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved the convenience of the parking garage!
The parking garage being so close to the rooms.

The room was alright for the price. I wanted an oceanfront room but I received an oceanview room. The lobby reeked of smoke!

Grand Shores offers us everything we need at a fantastic price.
Our room was okay but looked like it needed a bit of a face lift.

We are very pleased with Grand Shores. It is in a great location right on the beach, but not right in the middle of the action, so it is peaceful. The hotel offers us everything we need and is affordable.

loved the breathtaking view of the back courtyard and the ocean.

Overall we were very comfortable but the rooms badly need new decor. loved the poolside grill, food was great!

The location, the room, the price, the lazy river, everything.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was very nice and clean as well as spacious. It was located right on the beach and the parking ramp was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and I would go back in a minute. My daughters and I especially enjoyed the lazy river. The only complaint I would have is the fact that you had to pay to use the chairs and the umbrella on the beach which may not even be the resorts fault but in any case it might be wise to bring your own chairs and umbrella. read more

Nice location on the ocean.
Old facility, rooms in need of repairs.

The rooms need a face lift. A comfortable chair would be nice, also needs a luggage stand. A hand built closet was difficult to access. Tile floor could use a good cleaning. The restaurant had a very friendly staff, good food, reasonable prices.

The closet was falling apart.

This hotel was perfect for my fiance and me. It had an amazing view and a huge bed. The room was very bright, but would have been kind of small for more than 2 people.
