The price.
Cleanliness, security, noise-level.

The hotel needed updating, there was a dead ant on one of the pillows, the carpet was stained, the towels were like sandpaper.

No iron or ironing board in room.

This is a decent hotel for the price if you need just a place to sleep. The bed is not comfortable, but not uncomfortable either. The room is clean, but sort of tattered. The breakfast was quite frankly a joke, but the people were friendly, there was a bed, and it had hot water. Not a place to plan a weekend to, but alright for just stopping in for one night.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, it was quiet and comfortable.
The location of ice machine and the fact you had to walk outside to get to the continental breakfast.

I liked this hotel for the convenience and the location in relation to the work I was doing in great bend.
