Guesthouse Lewiston

Staff appears ill-fitted in running a hotel. No towels or Kleenex in room first night. Had free complimentary breakfast first morning; no food or coffee cups available second morning. Refrigerator in room worked first night; froze and exploded cokes next day. No coffee available in room second morning. Key less entry system does not work! Had to make three trips from 3rd floor to desk to get card reprogrammed to get in room once. Most other times it was once or twice. Staff makes up excuses as if some invisible force is responsible for the above problems and not them or their staff. Hotel faces a very busy main street (lots of cars day & night) and is backed up by railroad tracks. Very noisy. read more

Hotel was fine.

It was OK for the Money. Good location and it appears that they are slowly remodeling and cleaning it up even more.

The room was not clean very poor parking and the bar lounge was to loud would not stay again.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I can say that their staff was sweet. But the room and linens were awful. I called down to the desk for a hair dryer and had to hike down there with wet hair to pick it up myself. It was very noisy and old. It smelled bad and offered no perks that would make me stay again.
