The people at the desk were friendly and in the morning I mentioned something to check in the bathroom and they had a very accomodating attitude.
Something about the inner corridors seemed to be lacking for a first impression; not sure if it gave me an impression of a 3 star hotel.

Check in was pleasant and efficient; I called ahead to save I would be arriving late and was assured it would be no problem, and it wasn't.

Rooms were big.
Room smelled of smoke!

The room smelled of smoke, we immediately told the front desk, they said the hotel was filled and the only thing they could do was come in and spray air freshener! wow! that was nice of them!! BFD so we had to go to the store and buy candles and air freshener and burn them and spray and keep our windows opened all the time so it could air out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were far below expectations for a 3 star hotel.

The rooms need updating. The carpeting was worn in spots. The bathroom sink was plugged, the toilet ran after flushing. The tub tiles need new grouting. The corridors need to be repainted, paint was flaking off on some of the doors.

It was close to the Hagerstown outlet mall.
Run down.

This hotel is within a couple of miles of the Hagerstown outlet mall. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Dingy corridors, carpeting. Needs updating.

Though it was clean and good staff, hotel was terribly outdated, dingy, claustrophobic corridors. Was shocked that this hotel had a 3 star rating.

Like the price, decor of the room and great staff.
Halls are old and dingy looking.

For the price, it's a great buy. The staff bends over backward to be helpful and friendly.
