Room decor, Starbucks in lobby, restaurants and
water views.
High charge for in-room internet and
poor quality hair dryers in room.

Great location to the Casino and all downtown amenities.
$22/night parking fee & $16 for internet service.

Great hotel for nightlife and very clean, great beds and linens and great staff. I am supposed to stay in this city for 3 night soon and am considering another - having to pay a total of $66/3 nights plus internet does add up!

When we got there we wanted to upgrade and they allowed this without any problems. Friend staff, that treated us well.

This hotel was located right in the centre of downtown. It was within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions.

Convenient location, spacious and was friendly.
Expensive parking. Lounge not open till 4.

Wonderful stay, friendly staff that allowed us a late checkout which often is needed for our situation. Highly recommended.

We liked the central location of the hotel plus the star quality.
The room that we were given was located next to a pedway that led to the casino. People were coming and going all night. Very noisy!

As mentioned the room we were given was next to a noisy pedway that resulted in a restless sleep. Also our room was for a disabled person so there was no bathtub and the shower had a seat in it with a hand spray. Not what we expected. The entrance to the underground parking was very narrow and we scraped the side of the car every time we entered.

Room was very nice and bed was very comfortable.
The food was a little pricey for what you got.

Comfortable beds.
A front office clerk was rather rude.

Got stuck next to the elevator so we heard every noisy guest enter and leave the floor and not a good sleep.

Nothing.
Noise.

After taking 20 minutes to check into the hotel some Johnson insurance convention was there we went up to our room. We left and went out for a while. We arrived back at 12am and it was noisy in the area of the hotel we stayed in but it soon got quiet. At 4 am, 4:30am, 5 am 5:30am and so on till about 8 am it was a constant noise and party atmosphere. We will never stay at this hotel again and there were also being leaving early when we checked out because of the noise. Also was offered a free paper which we never received. I've stayed at many hotels with less stars and by far this one was the worst. Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this place. read more
