The staff was pleasant and the hotel was clean.
Hard to find.

Well situation Hampton inn. Nice buffet breakfast. Courtesy and knowledgeable staff. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The Hampton Inn on Wolf road has consistently exceeded my expectations. I have stayed there with my daughter on various occasions throughout the remodeling that was recently completed. Even in the most chaotic part of the remodeling the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

The beds are very comfortable.
Would like a little more selection on breakfast items.

The Hampton inn staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel has benefited from the recent renovations and most of the room furniture is of good quality and very comfortable. This is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in and the most family-friendly.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was attentive.
The breakfast was very limited but there were problems with their equipment.

Considering that the Hampton inn is currently undergoing extensive renovations, the quality of the rooms and services were excellent. The furniture in the rooms was very nice and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The rooms were also immaculate. Staff did their best to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied the room. The hotel is in a great location near Albany airport and all the shops and government offices on wolf road. Ideal for business or leisure. read more

Great area, excellent continental breakfast. Comfy beds.
Called several days in advance, confirmed double n/s when arrived said we did not have.

Called toes. 4/25 10:43 am confirmed reserved and confirmed double non-smoking. When arrived Saturday evening to check in. Was told all they had left was king smoking. Ended up with double smoking (not to happy) everything else was fine.

Nice, neat, friendly staff, convenient location.
Nothing really.

The hotel was more than adequate for my son and me. Only people expecting top shelf would be disappointed. I will definitely use this hotel again in the future.
