Great breakfast the next morning, great staff !
Beds were a little disappointing.

For convince this is a great place to stay while in Anchorage . Location is close to restaurants , shopping and the airport . Nice accommodations for if we are going to stay the night at the last minute . We live 3.5 hours from Anchorage .

Parking was limited.

This was our first stay at the Hampton. We greatly appreciated the staff's attentiveness to our needs and their friendly service.

The room was attractive, clean, and orderly.
I hated how the halls were decorated. Would make one feel dizzy.

My hotel stay was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel staff was very polite and hospitable. The complimentary breakfast was great! I would definitely stay there on my next visit to Anchorage.

Shuttle service provided was more like taxi service. They would take us and pickup anywhere in the city. Excellent!
Absolutely nothing.

The entire staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. They even provided shuttle service for us even though we had checked out of the motel earlier in the week. That's service with a capital "S."
