Convenient location to CNN Center and surrounding attractions.
The parking was expensive at $18/day.
I would recommend this to business travelers who may have a convention at one of the local event centers. I would not recommend to weekend travelers as the expense to stay downtown compared to staying outside of downtown and driving in to the attractions is not worth it.

Very comfortable beds.
Partially under construction.
The hotel was very convenient for Downtown Atlanta and very comfortable. Panhandlers were annoying but that's Atlantas problem. The hot breakfast was more than expected and the staff was friendly.

Walking distance to everything.
No parking had to park 3 blocks away.
Only one small pay parking lot on premises. Big football game in town. Had to park 3 blocks away. When leaving at end of stay. Parking garage was closed and locked. Took an hour for hotel staff to find someone to let me out.

Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants.
Housekeeping was horrible.
First stay with this hotel. Staff was not particularly friendly at all. Housekeeping did not come to clean room until 5pm and by then, I told them not to bother. Next day, hung the sleeping, do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping called to see if I was still in the room. That was the point of hanging the card on the door.

The staff was very friendly.
The room was cramped and there were no dining facilities.
