Were willing to extend check out to allow us to shower after half marathon.
There was a little noise in the middle of the night from other guests in the hallway.

The time we stayed in the hotel was nice. The staff was friendly, and willing to help out however they could. They were aware of the middle of the night disturbance, and apologized for the noise.

I loved everything!

I would recommend this hotel to everybody! The room was spotless and heads a wonderful view of the skyline. The bed was very comfortable with soft sheets. The down comforter was great, though my hubby thought it was too heavy. He is hot natured. This was the best experience in a hotel that I have had in 17 years! The last time was on my honeymoon at a Hampton in San Antonio!

I loved the bed. It was very comfortable. The location was just right, it was close enough to attractions but in a quiet neighborhood.

The hotel was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and perfect condition. The best part was the bed, it was really comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone that had to stay in Austin.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Staff was extremely polite and attentive to the needs of its guests. Breakfast food was very good with good selection.
