Ease of making room upgrade was appreciated; very friendly and efficient staff; wonderful bed!!
Couch needs updating; larger coffeemaker since is large room
Always good; I have stayed several times; like the hot breakfast and that there is a good restaurant there, too. Easy access to loop. Fire station did not bother me as it IS the city!

Location.
Item suspected to be stolen out of room. Pool
not heated (and we sought out and paid extra for pool). Parking expensive! Next to
loud fire station.

Large suite was very comfortable and spacious. Liked the Frank Lloyd Wright inspired decor and the abundant fruit available - bowls of apples.

Location.
Lots of fire engines going by.
Girlfriends weekend in Chicago, plenty of space for the four of us, had the 2 bed suite and we all had plenty of room.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't that great.

We were pleasantly surprised with our huge room. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.
Rooms need a little upgrade and there was food on the wall in the kitchenette. But still very clean overall.
As
I said, the couch & chairs looked a little worn. The bathroom is in need of a remodel, but overall and for the age, the room was extremely comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast room was clean and had a lot of variety, but needed more seating accomadation as it was always very busy. I was pleasantly surprised of how nice the hotel was.
