The bed an bedding were extremely comfortable.
Bathroom fan did not shut off although on a timer.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us find inexpensive ways to get to various destinations in the area. They provided information to help us around town. Very nice!

Very comfortable beds.
Having to pay additional 12 dollars to park in their parking garage.

The room was very comfortable and clean and the facility was within walking distance of Seattle center. I was not happy to find out that it was an additional 12 dollars to park in their own parking garage.

Good service upon check-in, clean and comfortable for a reasonable price.
Everything was great.

We were pleased to get a kitchenette and an office, which were extras.

Hallways were hot, not ventilated and faucet in bathroom broken.

Air conditioner, a wall unit was too loud. Faucet in bathroom was broken and hard to use. Hallways were hot and unventilated.

Very clean and comfortable.
Kind of hard to get to, streets confusing.

Walking distance to many attractions, space needle, experience music and a short drive to all the rest. Clean, secure and all the extras many places charge for, internet, breakfast, parking. I'll be back.

Great location, friendly staff and comfy bed!
The bathtub plug was counterintuitive and hard to get out.

This hotel is in a perfect location, right next to the new QFC at the Seattle Center, a block from Caffe Vita, and less than a mile from all the Fun Lower Queen Anne goodness. I have never slept so well in a hotel bed it was awesome! Pillows were fluffy and a variety of types, the staff was friendly. If I'm staying in Lower Queen Anne for new year's again, I'll definitely be back again! read more
