Staff were very friendly and helpful, complimentary breakfast and hot coffee avail 24hrs! + 24hr grocery store right next door!
Does not have a shuttle to the downtown shopping, had to walk to Seattle Center to take the monorail.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It was clean, quiet, the staff were very friendly and helpful. A big plus for me is the hotel offers a pretty hearty continental breakfast. Not quite a full hot breakfast, but certainly more than just fruit, muffins and coffee. Definitely helpful if you have growing teens. The only minus is we had to walk to Seattle Center to take the monorail to get to the downtown shopping. read more

Love this hotel, will definitely return. Complimentary breakfast is quite a spread and staff is very eager to make your stay pleasant. Stayed in a king suite that was as big as some apartments in town. Really very nice!

The bed an bedding were extremely comfortable.
Bathroom fan did not shut off although on a timer.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us find inexpensive ways to get to various destinations in the area. They provided information to help us around town. Very nice!

Very comfortable beds.
Having to pay additional 12 dollars to park in their parking garage.

The room was very comfortable and clean and the facility was within walking distance of Seattle center. I was not happy to find out that it was an additional 12 dollars to park in their own parking garage.

Everything was great.

We were pleased to get a kitchenette and an office, which were extras.

Hallways were hot, not ventilated and faucet in bathroom broken.

Air conditioner, a wall unit was too loud. Faucet in bathroom was broken and hard to use. Hallways were hot and unventilated.

Very clean and comfortable.
Kind of hard to get to, streets confusing.

Walking distance to many attractions, space needle, experience music and a short drive to all the rest. Clean, secure and all the extras many places charge for, internet, breakfast, parking. I'll be back.
