We received a double room. When we called the front desk to ask for a different room, the attendant told us no room was available and hung up, the entire conversation took about 3 seconds, not enough time to even look for us another room. We would not recommend the Quality Inn; this was one of the worst travel experiences we've ever had.

Clean, close to businesses and on a main route.
My room did not have a microwave or icebox.

The hotel met most of my needs. It was cheep, dirty and the plumbing in our room worked.

When I checked in they where replacing the carpet not a good look.

Overall my stay was great the staff was excellent and the room outstanding got more for the buck. I would stay again.

It was in a convenient location for the rep I was working with.
It was in no way representative of what I usually expect at Hampton at this price.

No soft quilted bed top, it was a standard comforter like I see at every other hotel. This is the main reason I choose Hampton. I got 10 times better clean room and quilted bed top at the Hampton in Norwood and Peabody. The desk people were very nice and the breakfast was good, the lady doing the breakfast was very nice. The apple juice in the machine was sour. Overall I was extremely disappointed with the value I got at this location, especially no quilt top bed cover was very disappointing, I travel a lot and to be frank with you, that¿s the one thing and reason I have started paying a little more to stay at Hampton Inns, the bed is so soft that I tend to get a better nights sleep. It was very disappointing to walk in that room and see the regular bed covers that get washed periodically, especially in a room. .I was so tired that it was not in my interest to ask for another room I could have gone to Extended Stay America and gotten everything I got there except the breakfast which is really not a big deal. read more

The great breakfast selections!

The staff was friendly and informative. Their printout to get from the hotel to the inner harbor was right on! We arrived early but they found us a room and we were able to freshen up and enjoy a
full day of sightseeing!
