Our hotel is one mile from an underground exhibition coal mine four miles from Crossroads Mall and fifteen miles from the Winterplace Ski Resort. Good location, right next to restaurant.
Staff member at front desk did not greet me in a proper way.

Hotel was in a good location, was clean had a pool and the breakfast area was clean and food offered was good.

Very nice beds.
Smell of cigarette smoke in non-smoking room.

Just off the interstate highway in Beckley. Very nice room for the price. The beds were as good as you would hope to find in 4 and 5-star hotels.

Friendly staff, great beds and pillows.
Breakfast was chaotic; quantity and quality wasn't good.

Overall, it was very enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay.
