Beds were very comfortable and staff was helpful.
Not the best for getting to surrounding attractions without a car, but do-able.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Hampton Inn and would certainly stay here again. I was given a smoking room. But the staff was able to accommodate for a non-smoking room after my first night. Beds and bathroom were very clean and nice looking.

The staff was extremely friendly, shuttles were provided 24 hours, good breakfast with a brown bag on our early flight day.
Can't think of a thing.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel surpassed my expectations, with very friendly & helpful staff. The 24 hour shuttle was great as well as the complimentary breakfast. They even packed a brown bag breakfast for early departures. It was great for us however I don't know if you needed a restaurant how close one is. We headed in town everyday and did not return until night, so for us that wasn't an issue. I don't know how easy driving is in that area , we relied on public transportation to get around. read more

Nice staff - took it upon themselves to relocate me to a floor with no wedding party.
Was put in a handicap room, which is fine, but the shower was terrible.

My stay at this hotel was extremely short - about 8 hours - but the front desk staff was very friendly and the proximity to the airport and shuttle times made if very easy to catch my flight in time. I had to leave too early to get breakfast, but it was nice to know that it was offered. There was free WiFi, which is huge and a nice laptop work board in the room. The room was plain, but the bed was very comfortable and clean. The only downside was that the shower was terrible as it was an adjustable shower head and had no pressure. read more

Comfortable beds and quiet room.
Hotel staff was not very friendly and made me feel like a number instead of a guest.

The proximity to the airport was awesome and we got a great night rest before another long day of travel the next day. If ever in the Boston area again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

The shuttle bus to airport.
Front staff person, missed wake up call and not helpful with the car situation.

Convenient to airport, shuttle best part of stay. Would not recommend for any other use than stay and park feature.

This is a perfect stay and park hotel. The cost is affordable, the staff is great, and the shuttle service is excellent.

Transportation to airport convenient and to nearby car rental.
It did not have a full restaurant- just bar/pub menu.

Excellent location in relation to Thrifty car rental. Close enough to walk to and from Thrifty. Van pickup runs almost continuously and they were very willing to drop one off at Thrifty, the Metro, and a nearby Italian restaurant for dinner.
