Friendly environment from staff.
Difficult location for recreational walking.

The response of the hotel shuttle was prompt after my arrival at Logan Airport. My room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and the price was a good value. I recommend the hotel.

The mattresses were awesome. Very good beds.
No restaurant. Only a lounge with limited food items.

Hotel provided a very good shuttle service to and from the airport. The front desk clerk was excellent and put us in a double double room at our request. The room was very nice and the beds were awesome.

Staff was very courteous and most helpful. Facilities and accommodations were super.
Breakfast area was sometimes crowded.

A quiet and relaxed atmosphere at this hotel. Everyone was most helpful and the shuttle was great!
