The lady that checked us in was rude to other guests. Everyone else very nice! Housekeeping late, but nice.

They were very pleasant and the hotel was actually nicer than the one in Jekyll Island.
Complimentary breakfast could have had a better hot selection.

I was very impressed on the cleanliness and loved the beds. Thank you for the opportunity for my family and I to stay at your hotel.

New appearance and comfortable beds.
Rude staff, rude staff, rude staff.

The hotel itself would have been great, but the people working there were very rude. The hotel seems new or remodeled. The rooms are attractive--with the exception of the bathtub needing a little extra "elbow grease" in cleaning. The beds were super comfortable. The continental breakfast was ridiculous--no one restocking or offering assistance. When I called to ask for two beds, the person that answered was very ugly in responding. They did give us two beds in non-smoking, as requested. But there was a definite attitude. Personally, as nice as the hotel was itself, I would prefer to never return. I do not feel any business is worth dealing with rude employees with just down right nasty attitudes---no matter what the discount! ugh. read more

I loved the linens.

I was very impressed with the linens at the Hampton Inn. I always feel dirty going to hotels because you don't know who was last lying on the bed - because most hotels only wash the sheets. People lay all over the bed before they go to bed.

Bathroom was large and very nice.
I needed a couple more electrical outlets for phone charging.

Overall, the hotel was very nice and it met my families needs. I would recommend it to others.
