Nice sized room and the breakfast was GREAT!
Poor hot tub and pool facilities.

Location, continental breakfast, hotel staff, room appearance, and welcoming feeling make the Hampton Inn a great place to stay. The only negative was the condition of the pool and hot tub. Overall experience was positive.

Staff were not very accommodating.

This is an overall nice hotel with clean rooms and facilities.

The hotel was great, but I had difficulty with the staff at check in as they could not get me a non-smoking room. It was eventually worked out, but I do not want to go through this experience again. This is a fundamental flaw in your service as it seems hotels give you smoking rooms to get rid of. If I can be guaranteed a non-smoking room I will use your service otherwise I will not. read more

Clean, comfortable, and a spacious room.
Door did not lock (called maintenance) Housekeeping knocked then entered at 8:20 AM.

I knew that I would be arriving late to the area so I called the hotel directly and asked to assure a non smoking room. I was told to call back on the morning of arrival. I called that morning and asked if I could be assigned a non smoking room. The answer was no. Fortunately a non smoking room was still available when we arrived.

Free internet, free breakfast, and pool.
Room was over ballroom and it was noisy until 11 pm!

This hotel was very nice and convenient. It had a huge and very popular free breakfast in the morning. The only problem was that my room was right next to the lobby/breakfast room which made it very loud in the evening and morning. The worst problem was that my room was right over a ballroom where a wedding party was taking place and it was extremely loud until 11 pm. Not what you want to hear after being up at 6 am with not enough sleep and then working all day. Very frustrating. The good thing was that the breakfast was great! The check-out is at 11 which is too early, but the desk people let us take an hour longer when we asked which was nice. read more

Clean and safe.
We requested non-smoking, however were put in a smoking room and it stunk!

Family friendly and comfortable. We will stay here again.
