Friendly service, clean room.
No hot water! The room was freezing when we checked in late at night. It was hard to sleep it was so cold!

With the exception of the freezing cold room, which took almost two hours to heat up comfortably, and the lack of hot water to the room, the hotel was fine, friendly, accessible and clean. We would try again if we need a hotel in the area.

The front desk hostess provided above and beyond service. Simply put the rooms/lobby was updated, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast.
The computer in the main lobby was out of order.

We appreciate superior service and comfortable amenities - - this hotel exceeded our expectations.

The staff was friendly, quiet, close to the mall. It met all my needs.

The hotel was perfect for my needs. Close to the mall, but far away from the busy Lombard area. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient location to shop, even trip to Chicago within 40 mins.
Entrance need to be remodeled little bit!

Nice remodeled room with complementary breakfast was very impressive. Especially the selection of breakfast choice was better than any else where. Also, nice location to shop or visit to Chicago. The Outlet mall was within 30 mins away from hotel and to Chicago was only 40min or less away. Room was very clean and nice. overall, the price for stay and quality was outstanding! highly recommend to anyone who trip to Chicago area or Oakbrook area! read more

Clean, quiet, breakfast.
Internet stopped working after 1st day, slow.

While this Hampton was okay. I feel a Courtyard or Hilton Garden Inn is at that level. This felt more like a 2 star like a step above a Red Roof Inn.

I liked the continental breakfast and complimentary internet services.
I did not like the quality of the rooms. They were run down and outdate. I was not satisfied with the customer service.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was not greeted by the hotel representative. He asked me for my id and credit card. Without asking my permission, he swiped my credit card which caused me to occur unjust fees. The hotel rooms were also outdated and did not match the hotel's outside appearance. The outside appearance was nicely manicured and well cared for.
