Nice, clean, comfortable and reasonable hotel. Friendly, available staff, who are always willing to help. Breakfast basic, but good. Tea, coffee, and water available 24/7.

The free breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hallways are a little outdated and old, but the lobby is nice though. The cable TV is not that good, it can be better.

Very friendly staff and good location.
Swimming pool was very dirty and had a musty smell.

Overall and for the price I was happy with this hotel since it was only for one night. The pool was really dirty which was a disappointment since my kids like to use the pool.

Breakfast is a nice plus. Decent coffee, cereal, and yogurt are fine.
Hallways have not been remodeled, so are a bit grungy, rooms and lobby are nice though.

Decent place for a short stay, convenient to Naperville businesses. Pool is outside, so limited availability due to weather. Rooms are nicely redone, but hallways aren't. Lobby is nice, and has a decent breakfast if you like cereal and yogurt.

Absolutely wonderful attentive service.

This was the second visit for me. I was impressed by the friendly attentive and caring staff. Our stay was truly stress free and a joy. If given the opportunity I will come back to this hotel. The hotel was clean and kept neat. The breakfast area was wonderful and service was superb.
